Once you have moved into your new home you will be invited to our online customer portal Clixifix where you can report a repair or any issues.  If you don’t have access to the internet, or would prefer to speak to a member of the team, you can call them on 0191 211 4130.  To find out more or to report a repair click here 

Yes. Your new home is covered by a two-year aftercare guarantee as well as a 10-year build warranty.

If works are required in your home, we’ll contact you to organise an appointment that is convenient for you. We’ll try to be as flexible as we can to limit the amount of disruption.
