Yes. Reserving your home is an important milestone and we need to make sure you happy with all the finer details relating to your purchase. A member of our sales team will book a private appointment with you at a date and time that is convenient.

This can be done in person where we’re able to offer Covid secure appointments or if you prefer over the phone and through our secure digital reservation process.

Normally yes. Before you reserve you need to be in a position where you can exchange contracts and pay your deposit (10% in England and 2.5% in Scotland) within six weeks of your reservation. Then if your home is ready you will complete on your purchase soon after.  Most buyers are either under offer or sold subject to contract when they reserve.

However, we may be able to offer you help with selling your current home if this is not the case through our assisted move scheme.

 

We require a £1,000 reservation fee to secure your new home on one of our developments. This is deducted off the price of the property when you legally complete on the purchase.

Our homes all come with a 10-year build warranty, and two-year customer care guarantee against a range of defects, so you’re covered for any problems you might encounter in your new home. We’ve a dedicated customer care team and smart app meaning you can report any issues 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Yes. Although we are unable to offer financial advice to our customers when purchasing our homes we do have a panel of independent financial advisors to help you with any arrangements and specialise in new build properties.

Yes. One of the big advantages of buying a new build home particularly off plan is you are able to personalise it. During your reservation period, you will be given an appointment to customise your new home from our range of additional extras and new home options. Most items are only available – subject to the build-stage a member of our sales team will advise on what options are available and the cost for providing these.

Subject to build-stage and site safety, we will try our very best to accommodate visits to site should you wish to view you home – whether this is to measure for flooring, furniture or carpets, or just to view your new home journey first-hand – arrangements can be made with our sales team on site.

You will also be invited to your new home demonstration before you complete which will give you an opportunity to inspect your new homes and also learn how all of your new appliances and smart tech work.

All of our homes comes with a two-year customer care guarantee covering a range of defects which will be listed in your handover documents. In addition to this, you also receive a 10-year structural build warranty of your new home.
