Then if your home is ready you will complete on your purchase soon after.  Most buyers are either under offer or sold subject to contract when they reserve.

However, we may be able to offer you help with selling your current home if this is not the case through our assisted move scheme.

We require a £1,000 reservation fee to secure your new home on one of our developments. This is deducted off the price of the property when you legally complete on the purchase.

Our homes all come with a 10-year build warranty, and two-year customer care guarantee against a range of defects, so you’re covered for any problems you might encounter in your new home. We’ve a dedicated customer care team and smart app meaning you can report any issues 24 hours a day seven days a week.
