More About This Devlopment

The original property has been carefully restored and converted into seven impressive apartments, many with period features. A number of the apartments have uninterrupted views of the Clyde Estuary.

There is a mixture of two and three bedroom apartments most with en‑suites and all with delightful drawing rooms making the most of the original house.

To the side of the existing building there is a new-build extension which has been sympathetically designed to blend into the existing building and provides a further five apartments. Whilst the exterior of the building will maintain the appearance of the original house, the interiors in the extension will be contemporary in design, providing luxury living spaces. A mixture of two and three bedrooms, two have private patio areas and a first floor apartment with a Juliet balcony is perfect for taking in the magnificent surrounding views.

There are a number of schools located close to the development in Larbert.
